Use air to format the R code in this repo via the shiny-workflows routine job. (Air is a fast, new R code formatter and is also available as a Positron/VS Code extension for formatting on save.)

This is a one-time large diff to get our code base in line with air's formatting. I've looked through all of the changes and didn't find anything objectionable, most changes are minor re-ordering of long lines or trimming whitespace.
